Terms of Service

I am open to do any types do work such as: character reference sheets, thumbnails, merchandises designs, storyboard, assets, art pieces, etc. I can do a one time commission, multi commission project, or a team project. I do have a medical condition in which I will be unable to work during the flair-up periods.I will not do the following: political art, art depicting paraphilia, art being used as propaganda or hate speech, and art which will be used for AI or NFTs. I can do anything else that is not listed above. My speciality is: character design, concept art, anatomy, sketches, and line work.

Disclaimer

I work two jobs, a university student, and have a medical condition that can limit movement. Due to these, I will be unable to finish a request same day or a few days out. Expect roughly a week or two, but may vary depending on my schedule and complexity. While I do have some upfront costs listed, I am flexible and able to negotiate as needed.

Payment

Payment is normally through E-transfer or PayPal, but I am unable to do either due to unspecified reasons so payment will have to be digital currency (Robux) or Discord items (nitro, avatar decorations). I will request half of the payment upon reviewing the sketch. Once complete, the other 50% is expected. Any changes can be done during the sketch, but once the line-art is done the only changes that can be done are additions and colours.

About Me

I am Moa, known as @miaomao online. I am an 18 year old self taught, Canadian, Chinese artist. Currently, I mainly work in character design and concept art, but I am pretty flexible on other areas. I am a quick learner and can pick up any style as needed.When younger, I always found an interest in drawing. I drew the usual things a child would such as: flowers, favourite characters, animals, and eyes. In 2019, I started to take interest in the digital side of drawing. I would use a cheap touch screen Chromebook until I switched to a Samsung tablet in 2020. I then continued drawing for fun until 2021, where I really found an interest. I then decided to learn how to properly draw, so I could get better. Throughout high school I took the visual arts courses for all four years and animation for grades 11 and 12. I have now graduated high school, and currently studying a medical science program alongside doing art on the side. Some inspiration and role models I followed and looked up to for art throughout the years includes: Invader Zim, Jhonen Vasquez, Eddsworld, The Simpsons, Dream SMP fan artists, FNAF fan artists, Star Trek: Lower Decks, Smiling Friends, and Coryn MacPherson.My current goals in terms of art would be to: improve my art to appear industry standard, to partake in an animated project, and to make myself a name. My main goal is to work in the healthcare system — aiming towards pathology — so I will take priority over my main goals, but I am definitely looking for new opportunities to fulfill those side goals as well.
